Our first meeting will be an initial interview so I can get a better sense of who you are...your history, what makes you tick, what you dream about, and what you wish to change. From then on we will work together to meet your intentions. I will gently challenge you, and we will complement our sessions with weekly assignments, readings and projects to help you reach your full potential. Therapy takes effort and I promise to meet you halfway.

My approach combines a variety of tools that embraces spirituality and somatic practices, expands racial consciousness and of course includes other foundational work such as mindfulness, psychodynamic psychotherapy and expressive arts.
